What information do I need to submit a sourcing request? +
The request form is completed in 4 steps (product info, commercial info, destination & clearance, review & send). Of all fields, only the product name, quantity, full name, and phone/WhatsApp number are required; fields like brand, target price, Incoterm, or shipping method are optional and can be left blank if unknown.
Is this form only for companies, or can individuals place orders too? +
In step 3 of the form, the "Importer Type" field lets you choose between "Individual" and "Company (Legal Entity)"; so both individuals and companies can use this form to submit a sourcing request.
What happens after I complete and submit the form? +
In the final step (review & send), you review the entered information and send it via the "Send via WhatsApp" or "Send via Bale" button. The request is sent to our experts instantly and is also recorded in our internal system so it can be tracked.
What is the request tracking code, and why should I keep it? +
Immediately after sending your request via WhatsApp or Bale, a tracking code is displayed. Keep this code for future correspondence and follow-up with our experts.
What if I don't know the manufacturing country or country of purchase? +
The "Manufacturing Country" and "Country of Purchase" fields in step 1 are optional and can be left blank if unknown; our experts will help you based on the other product details you provide.
