Our team handles Turkish customs formalities, including the certificate of origin, commercial invoice, and all required documents.

Delivery and Payment Models
Depending on your needs, risk preference, and who should run the customs clearance process, you can choose one of the following three models:

Pre-Clearance Delivery (Bonded Warehouse / Antrepo)
Once the goods reach the Turkish customs zone, they are delivered to you at a bonded warehouse (antrepo) before customs clearance is completed. The decision on how to route the goods' customs regime, and whether to proceed with your own team or with us, is yours.

Post-Clearance Delivery (Contract-Based, Official Invoice)
Once Turkish customs clearance is complete, the goods are delivered directly to you with an official commercial invoice. The process is governed by a written contract: once you pay us, the funds are released to the seller in Iran or Turkey.

End-to-End Service — Purchase, Clearance, and Delivery
Purchasing, shipping, Turkish customs clearance, and delivery are all handled by us. In this model, the buyer is required to make an advance payment equal to the full value of the goods being purchased. Operational follow-up and risk throughout the process are entirely our responsibility.

Which delivery and payment model should I choose? +
If you want to work with your own customs broker or route the goods into a different customs regime, pre-clearance bonded-warehouse delivery is suitable. If you want a cleared delivery with an official invoice under a formal contract, the second model is preferred. If you want us to handle the entire purchase, clearance, and delivery, the third (turnkey) model is suitable; this model requires an advance payment equal to the full value of the goods.
Why is advance payment required for the turnkey model? +
In the turnkey model, we pay the supplier in Iran on your behalf before the goods move; this is why an advance payment equal to the full value of the goods is required from the buyer. In the other two models, payment is structured differently based on the delivery stage.
